At Ball Eggleston, we pride ourselves on the caliber of attorneys we attract to our firm. We all come from different backgrounds and experiences, but we work together to form a team that is ready to help solve your legal questions. This post is part of an ongoing series, Meet Our Attorneys, so that you can get to know the men and women who work tirelessly to give back to the Lafayette community we know and love so well. Each attorney took some time out of their busy schedule to sit down for an interview and share their story.
Gabriel Eberhardt grew up in Fargo, North Dakota and completed his undergraduate studies at North Dakota State University in political science with a pre-law emphasis. Mr. Eberhardt’s desire to be a lawyer brought him to Indiana when he chose to study at Valparaiso University School of Law.
After finishing his studies, Mr. Eberhardt served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney at various firms and joined Ball Eggleston’s litigation department in 2014, where he practices various areas of law.
Mr. Eberhardt currently focuses on these areas of law:
Mr. Eberhardt was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 2011 and has also been admitted to the Northern and Southern District of Indiana. He is a member of the Tippecanoe County Bar Association and the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association. He also volunteers through Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Lafayette and Habitat for Humanity of Lafayette. He has always had a passion for being an advocate and helping others.
Mr. Eberhardt has always wanted to be a lawyer. He knew becoming an attorney was his goal going into his undergraduate studies, and his pre-law classes only confirmed his decision.
As a litigation attorney, Mr. Eberhardt works in various practice areas. He understands that all of his clients’ legal issues are serious and important to them. As a result, Mr. Eberhardt listens to and understands his clients and helps them find solutions for their various legal issues.
During the firm’s 60+ years, Ball Eggleston has established a reputation for its dedication to the Greater Lafayette community and a prominence among Indiana law firms. Mr. Eberhardt says, “Ball has a great reputation and is a great firm that people know . . . So when they asked me to join, I was very happy to become part of [Ball Eggleston].”
Mr. Eberhardt is valued at Ball Eggleston for his work in advocating for his clients. To learn more about Gabriel Eberhardt, visit his page on our website, http://www.ball-law.com/service/gabriel-eberhardt/.
