Jackie Starbuck became a lawyer to better her community by helping people. Her primary areas of practice include general civil litigation, family law, and criminal law.
Jackie joined Ball Eggleston because she wanted to practice law at a firm that is dedicated to community involvement. Prior to joining Ball Eggleston, Jackie spent over a decade in prosecution where she completed seventy jury trials.
Jackie grew up in Indiana and joined the Indiana Army National Guard as a military paralegal in January 2001. Jackie deployed to Bosnia-Herzegovina (2004) and Afghanistan (2006) during her time in the National Guard. Jackie also worked as a legal assistant when not deployed.
Jackie went to the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law, where she was a published member of the Penn State Law Review. After law school, Jackie prosecuted in both Indiana and Florida. This combination of experience gives her a unique perspective and the ability to help educate and empower her clients as they navigate the legal system.
In her free time, Jackie enjoys spending time with her husband and her dogs, cooking, baking, and reading.
